Jen was born in New Zealand in the middle of the last century in a very creative family. Her grandmother was a sculptor, and her mother was an artist – she painted portraits. Jen’s first toys were dolls made by her grandmother. Let’s start our overseas trip to puppet museums in Paris. In this city there is a beautiful museum of puppet “Musee de la Poupee”. Here we have a lot of beautiful porcelain dolls.
The collection of this museum is collected by two collectors – Guido and his son Sami Odin. Porcelain Parisians dressed up in beautiful dresses from different eras, starting in 1860. Continue reading
